Objective
Birchall have a very busy accounts department and dealt with a lot of manual work such as manually checking and inputting invoices, looking through statements from their 300+ suppliers. They were looking for a solution to reduce this manual work and have a system in place to automatically read PDFs and send to their ERP system Microsoft Dynamics GP.
